The output is a file that has been processed by RecordBoss’ patent pending OCR/ICR technologies. Key terms within the file are highlighted and bookmarked. Highlighted terms are completely customizable. Users can pick from our predefined term lists or provide a list of terms specific to their needs.
The output includes the same benefits as the Level 1 output, with the addition of a chronological organization of the file. The records are also organized by provider and document type. This process adds structure to the file and helps the user to quickly find the exact information they are looking for.
The Level 3 RecordBoss output includes the same benefits from Levels 1 & 2 and adds a 1-to-1 fact chronology that summarizes the information contained in the records. Each entry in the chronology captures the date of the entry, the provider, the document type, as well as a quick summary of the entry for our most detailed deliverable.
